2026-2027 Academic Year Updates
SORC Finance is looking forward to serving our student orgs for the 2026-2027 academic year! Over the summer, we have made several changes to enhance our processes and increase efficiency. One major change for the 2026-2027 academic year is that our SPEND Quiz, required to access the Spending Request Form has been migrated out of Qualtrics. Additionally, student org leaders will not need to request to be added to the SORC Finance TerpLink page to access the Spending Request Form after completing the SPEND Quiz.
Since the SPEND Training is a yearly requirement, student org leaders who wish to make purchases must complete the new SPEND Quiz, which can be accessed via a link found at the end of the SPEND Training presentation. Students are no longer able to access the 2025-2026 SPEND Quiz or Spending Request Form. They will need to access the 2026-2027 form by completing the new quiz.
About Us
SORC Finance Office staff assists student organizations with the management of Student Government Association (SGA) allocated funds. Additionally, SORC Finance Office staff provide advice and support to all registered student organizations to develop budget and fundraising strategies, open an organizational bank account or provide any other assistance related to the financial operations of your organization.

Hours of Operation
While walk-ins are welcome whenever we are open, for complex matters, you may wish to make an appointment to ensure a staff member can assist you with minimal wait.
SORC Finance is open with limited service from 9 AM to 10 AM and 5 PM to 6 PM on weekdays. Please contact us in advance via email or phone to ensure we can assist with your specific need if you plan to drop in during these times.
SORC Finance is closed on University holidays and in accordance with other University closures (e.g. inclement weather).
