Our Spaces
The Stamp includes 18 indoor event spaces including two ballrooms and two executive boardrooms, suitable for a wide variety of events, conferences, programs and celebrations. These spaces are available to be reserved by on-campus student organization, university clients and off-campus clients.
We also manage 3 outdoor space venues available to our on-campus clients, McKeldin Mall, Nyumburu Amphitheater and Hornbake Plaza.
How To Reserve A Space
To reserve spaces managed by the Stamp Student Union, you must submit a request using eCalendar at least 7 days in advance.
Payments
To make an online event deposit or event payment with a credit card, visit our Online Payment Portal. You must have your 6-digit reservation number to submit payments.
Event Support
Our Event Service Coordinators and their teams provide event assistance to clients before and during events. Our Event Support team is able to set up a variety of furniture and equipment. There is and in-house IT staff to assist with multiple audio/visual options to support events.
