Equipment Fees
- Easels: $5 each

- Note: Staging is only available in the Grand Ballroom, Colony Ballroom, Atrium, and Prince George's rooms.

- Steps and/or ADA Ramp: Free
Late Fee: Day of Event Equipment Request
- You will be charged a 50% late fee if you ask for any of the listed equipment on the day of your event. The fee is calculated as half the cost of the item's normal rental price.
- There is no guarantee that staff will actually be able to provide the equipment or make the changes last minute.
- The 50% penalty applies to the day-of requests for:
- Change in room setup type (room flip)
- Coat Racks
- Easels and Flip Chart Holders
- Linen
- Pipe & Drape
- Sign Holders
- Staging
Stamp event equipment is not available to be used outdoors, outside Stamp, or in spaces in Stamp not managed by Event & Guest Services.
