First Look Fair

First Look Fair will be hosted on Thursday, September 10 on McKeldin Mall from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Table Registration

Organizations and Departments have an assigned table at the fair to assist in reducing crowding on the mall. Registration for First Look Fair will open Monday, August 24 (the Monday before classes start) and close at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, September 3 or until we are no longer able to accommodate those on the waitlist. Please check your email for a notification for your confirmation/approval. Official table confirmations and logistics will be sent out approximately one week prior to the fair by SORC.

Student Organizations Printing for First Look Fair

Every SORC registered student organization is allotted $100 of free printing for the academic year in the student organization Resource Room. You can fill out the SORC Printing Request and we will print your documents for you and let you know when they're ready to pick up. 

If you submit a request to print after Monday, September 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM, we cannot guarantee your prints in time for First Look Fair.

**We can only print 8.5x11. Our poster printer is currently under repair.
