Leadership & Community Service-Learning

Home Get Involved Leadership & Community Service-Learning
We engage students in experiential and community-based learning to foster socially responsible leadership.

The Leadership & Community Service-Learning (LCSL) office at the University of Maryland offers students the unique opportunity to engage in leadership development while making a positive impact on the community. Through experiential and community-based learning, we empower students to become socially responsible leaders, committed to justice, collaboration, and transformative action. If you're ready to make a difference, gain real-world experience, and build skills that last a lifetime, join us in creating a more just and inclusive world. At LCSL, learning meets action, and every student has the chance to lead with integrity and purpose.
