The mission of the Senior Experience and Senior Council is threefold, to:
INFORM Maryland seniors of educational and celebratory events
INVOLVE Maryland seniors to provide an exceptional final year
PROMOTE a sense of community and pride among Maryland seniors

The vision of Senior Experience is to:
Promote a sense of community and pride among Maryland Seniors that will strengthen their life-long affinity to Maryland.
Senior Experience
The Senior Experience strives to create a positive senior experience, prepare students for post-graduation life, and create an everlasting affinity between graduates and the University of Maryland. To this end, Senior Council brings together a diverse group of volunteer leaders to plan numerous successful events and positively engage the Maryland senior class.
Senior Council
Senior Council hosts several events throughout the year. Substantial programming efforts are directed towards Senior Week. Campus partners that work with Senior Council include the Stamp, Alumni Relations, Development, Special Events, University Recreation & Wellness, the University Book Center, Student Financial Services, and Resident Life.
