Monday, April 6th
Stress Management Workshop: Restorative Rest Sound Bath
Time: 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
Where: Margaret Brent Room, the STAMP (2nd floor)
Unwind and decompress with GSL and the Graduate School during our restorative rest sound bath meditation event! The session will be facilitated by an instructor. *Be sure to dress comfortably.
