Adrian Bitton

Adrian (she/her/hers) is the Manager of Leadership Studies and Development. She coordinates and teaches in the leadership studies minor within the College of Education, providing instructional and course design support for other leadership educators and instructors. Adrian is passionate about facilitating leadership learning in all spaces across higher education and also supports co-curricular leadership programs through Maryland LEAD.

Adrian is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in higher education and student affairs at The Ohio State University. She earned her master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, and international education policy from the University of Maryland. Adrian received her bachelor’s degree in rhetoric and communication studies and leadership studies from the University of Richmond.

When she is not writing her dissertation, Adrian loves to travel, bake, attend Broadway shows, wonder through museums, play games, and spend time with friends.
