STAMP Strategic Themes for 2025-2030

Cultivate student engagement, belonging and success

We create opportunities, programs, and environments for students to connect, belong, lead, grow, and thrive. We continually assess our impact to ensure that all students have what they need to succeed.

Invest in Our People

The strength of our organization lies in the well-being of our staff and student employees. We will prioritize fair practices, professional development, and collaborative communication to reduce burnout and increase retention. We strive to build a culture where every individual, regardless of role or identity, is valued and has the opportunity to thrive and contribute meaningfully to our shared mission.

Modernize our spaces, services, and processes

We are committed to evaluating and revitalizing our physical and digital spaces, modernizing programs, and enhancing services to reflect our mission and community. We will prioritize inclusive design and accessibility; strategically evaluate our policies, structures, and resource use; and align our fiscal strategies with our values as we operate within real-world constraints.

Staff Resources

Staff members can take advantage of services outlined above including banking, dining, and room reservations. At the University Book Center, staff can receive a 20% discount on merchandise and 10% discount on textbooks at all times. Our staff is always willing to collaborate in developing new programs and services for our students.
