Employment contracts are agreements between employers and employees that spell out the terms and conditions of employment. These written and signed documents are crucial to understanding the expectations and policies of a job and serve as legal protection for both employee and employer. GradTerps are invited to come learn about the terminology used in employment contracts and potential areas for negotiation with Joyce Smithey, Esq. from the Smithey Law Group at this Graduate Student Legal Aid Office GRadulting Workshop.
