Special Announcement: There will be a delay in the opening of the academic classroom reservations request process for student orgs, due to the cancellation of classes on Monday, January 26. The classroom request process will resume by 10am on the day that in-person classes resume following this snow storm. Requests must still be submitted at least 7-days in advance in eCalendar.

Event & Guest Services is one of several units within the organizational structure of the Stamp Student Union. We are committed to assisting the UMD Community whenever they visit the Stamp.

EVENT SERVICES

The Stamp includes 18 indoor event spaces including two ballrooms and two executive boardrooms, suitable for a wide variety of events, conferences, programs, and celebrations. Online Brochure

Information Desk

The Informaiton Desk offers general information, including directions, and is home to the Stamp Lost & Found

Ticket Services

Ticket Office operations are currently managed through the Information Desk. All event ticketing for events occuring in Stamp managed spaces, must be managed through the Stamp Ticket Office operations. We do not permit tickets to be sold or distributed using third-party vendors (i.e. Eventbrite) for events being held in Stamp managed spaces.
