You're invited to a FREE special screening of "A Million Miles Away" in the Hoff Theater. Following the film will be a Q&A with UMD Alum and the movie's Producer Mark Ciardi.
"A Million Miles Away" follows Jose Hernandez, the first migrant farmworker to travel to space. It's an inspiring tale of perseverance, community and sacrifice to accomplish an impossible dream.
Doors at 7 p.m.; movie begins at 7:30.
