Hana is a biracial, mixed-generation Ethiopian American originally from Portland, OR, who now calls Maryland home. Hana earned her BA in International Relations from Gonzaga University, and an MA in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy here at the University of Maryland, College Park. Hana is passionate about social justice education, disability justice, reading cozy science fiction, and her cat Leota.

Graduate Coordinator for Women's and SWANA Student Involvement

Delyar (Del) is the graduate assistant for SWANA and Women's History month at MICA. She is a graduate student at the Robert H.Smith School of Business, studying Business Management, Del earned her bacherlors of science in physiology & neurobiology from UMD as well. She is an Iranian American and grew up embracing both cultures. Outside of school and MICA, Del loves to read, bake and be outdoors.
