Lead Facilitators have the chance to develop their program management and critical thinking skills by taking on additional logistical and interpersonal responsibilities within the Maryland LEAD Program. Lead Facilitators also have the opportunity to serve as mentor-figures for their team of facilitators. If you have an advanced knowledge of socially responsible leadership and/or leadership development experience, and want the chance to engage with M-LEAD programs at the "next level," the lead facilitator role is for you!
There are two unique Lead Facilitator positions available: Lead Facilitator for Terrapin Leadership Institute Intern and Lead Facilitator for Conferences.
