All levels of the Stamp are accessible by elevator and includes Braille lettering to assist the visually impaired.

Accessible Restrooms
All rest rooms in the Stamp are ADA-compliant and have larger handicapped stalls included in each rest room.  Paper towel dispensers and hand-dryers are wall mounted at accessible heights.

Information Technology Resources

It is the responsibility of event sponsors to provide the following during events to ensure effective communication. It is important for event sponsors to ask in advance if any of their event participants need any ADA related accommodations. Do not wait until the last minute to make appropriate arrangements.

  • Provide printed materials in alternative formats, as needed (large print, Braille, etc.).
  • Ask speakers to use a microphone.
  • Provide closed captioning when showing a video.
  • Make an effort to read and/or describe what is on power point slides.
  • Provide sign language interpreters or real-time transcription, as needed.

Event Programs and Services

The permanent stage in the Hoff Theater is wheelchair accessible by an ADA-compliant lift.

The bowling lanes located in the TerpZone are wheelchair accessible.

Portable stages used in the Stamp have ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps available for access to the stage platform. Ramps must be requested in advance to be setup for the event.

If there are participants in wheelchairs at an event, chairs can be removed from the setup to make appropriate space. Ideally, Event Coordinators should be notified in advance if setup modifications are needed.

All room signage in the Stamp includes Braille lettering to assist the visually impaired.
