The Maryland LEAD Program offers a variety of peer-facilitated leadership education and development opportunities including single day experiences in Stamp, virtual workshops, and 90 minute in-person sessions once a week. Student Facilitators deliver leadership development content, lead experiential learning activities, guide conversations and synthesize group ideas, effectively shaping experiences for the participants. Facilitators learn and practice skills including public speaking, critical thinking, creativity, planning, and flexibility! Learn more

INTERN
